Rules and guidelines for using the Ayulex clinical platform.
1. Service Agreement
By using the Ayulex platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Ayulex provides software to manage outpatient clinic operations, doctor documentation, and prescriptions.
2. Doctor & Staff Accounts
Doctor accounts must belong to licensed medical practitioners. You are responsible for managing access for your clinic staff and keeping sign-in credentials secure.
3. Clinical Responsibility
Ayulex provides tools to assist with clinic documentation and prescriptions. Medical decisions, diagnoses, and patient treatments remain the direct responsibility of the treating physician.
4. Service Availability
We work to maintain high availability and continuous service for your clinic. Updates and system maintenance are scheduled to minimize disruption to patient care.
